This endangered Gopher Tortoise was found after being hit by a car on a dirt road. The shell was broken and it was bleeding. It was taken to CROW - Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife. There it was treated for it's injuries and then released near the area it was found.

Fledgling Downy Woodpecker
This baby Downy Woodpecker was found after being caught by a feral cat. It was fed and taken to the Wild Bird Center. where it was checked for injuries, fed, given antibiotics and released after 2 weeks.
Squirt the Florida Mud Turtle
Squirt the Florida Mud Turtle
Squirt was found in a carport, after a hard rain. He was much too small to be released. He'll be fattened up with high protein turtle food and released as soon as he gets a bit bigger.
